Exchanges for online orders are accepted within 14 days of purchase, subject to item type and condition.
Exchangeable items
Bras, nightslips and non-adhesive accessories may be exchanged if they are unworn, unused, in good condition and returned with tags intact.

Final-sale items
Underwear, shapewear or items with underwear parts, hosiery, liquids and adhesive products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
